My PC is as follows: Intel 9900k, 32GB RAM, RTX 2080ti, Windows 7 and I feel stutters even in Low Spec mode. Information technology comes like in one case every five seconds no matter the brandish quality I ready, including Ultra. Otherwise information technology runs at 100fps at no problem even in Ultra way.

I tried playing this on my laptop (9750h, 32GB Ram, Win10, RTX 2070) and the stuttering is there besides.

o Do you plow off pagefile?

BDO will use the useless pagefile if you didn't turn it off - using hd/ssd equally ram.

o Did Win seven compress the ram usage you use?

o Disable Hyper-Treading

o What resolution is your monitor? 4k= Doom

No such characteristic in win7

I'm not so sure if this will help only try out this guide, might be able to optimise your game and reduce the stuttering.

o I think information technology might be driver issue ; both your laptop/pc used nvidia. Try install older/newer version.

o Try turn off Vsync / Enhanced Sync / Gsync.

o Do y'all use antivirus / firewall/ window defender?

o Do you turn off this?

o Your PC is on Full ability mode?

o Do you overclock your CPU/RAM/Graphic? That PC is too high-finish to take issue.

o Practice you check task director? Is there anything using high-cpu usage? Sometimes Xigncode gone nuts and eats alot of CPU. Attempt set up BDO to loftier priority or use Processor Lasso.

Is your latency good? Lagging can causes Stuttering.

o Use resources monitor to check ping - Win seven/8/ten
Check your ping - BDO
1.)Ctrl+Shift+Esc - open task director
2.)Click Functioning tab
three.)Lesser of the window - Click - Resource Monitor
4.)Click Network Tab
v.)Expect at TCP Connections.

o Set Xigncode equally lowest priority and let it utilise one cpu core but.

o Exercise you lot check task manager? Is there anything using loftier-cpu usage? Sometimes Xigncode gone nuts and eats alot of CPU. Try gear up BDO to high priority or apply Processor Lasso.

That's very high. Mine always 0%-10% (i5 9600k)

-Endeavour delete ninety binder (always make a backup start)

- Open up launcher and it should download a fresh xigncode.

- If launcher failed to download , use check file.

o Attempt turn off your XMP.

Though it is rare. Some poor quality checked RAM take problem with factory overclock setting(XMP) - which causes ECC error

- Did you exercise Memtest when you bought the ram?

o Latest driver is not ever the best

New driver set up some mistake but some new error might appear. All-time is become one-time stable version and do a make clean install.

o Did you read this function - Optimal Nvidia setting?

No I meant my entire organisation load

As of today, I all the same get stutters fifty-fifty when running the game at lowest settings with the latest patch. This is again, on a high finish Intel 9900k, Nvidia 2080ti, 32GB RAM system with W7 64. The unabridged system load rarely crosses 25%.

I have tried all sorts of things merely they had no effect. Based on my research, this seems somewhat a problem many people have, I hope PA can address this.

i have this outcome sometimes when i offset open the game too in FS style and all i do to set it is restart the game and it always fixes this issue for me.

Same as Supremo, after restart, the stuttering goes abroad, although I do not have a high finish PC, it is very rare for me to feel stutrering. I normaly experience it after I've been AFK line-fishing iii days or more directly, but a restart always fixes it. I've never done whatever special set up or checked annihilation in the background, not to techy to understand it. But will cheque Yurei's recommendations later maintenance today.
